I know. When I was starting out, I made minimum shill wage, which
sucked, but I was able to do stealthy "side jobs" on my days off to make
up for it. Those extra jobs taught me skills I needed to "move up" over
the next few years. Seems like I was stuck at #9 for a long time, but it
was only 11 months before a chain of events elevated me to the #2 post.

Then came #1's unfortunate (for him) demise, and I was able to take the
"big chair", and a comfortable one it is. But it does have it's
headaches. Big ones, sometimes.
